My family and I have been patients for years through several locations and doctors. This new doctor was THE WORST I have ever encountered. From the very start and not introducing herself to the very end, she was unprofessional. I highly recommend Deborah Schwartz as an amazing optician and she remains the only reason I stayed. I will never go back to that office or that practice for an exam. I will be moving my records to Clarkson and Dr. Jeff Cole.
Had an eye appointment at 3. Got here at 3, waited for 45 minutes just to get taken back, then proceeded to wait 45 minutes out of the next hour for the Dr. They dialated my eyes then took 45 minutes and I never saw the Dr the second time. I had to leave because I had an interview scheduled for 2 and a half hours after my appointment time. Horrible service. Besides Deborah, She actually tried to make everything right while I waited on literally everyone.
EDIT BELOW 1st After being told all I owed was 20$... 2 weeks later today I got another bill for 42$ when I was promised that insurance would pay and guaranteed before ordering my glasses. 2nd I called to see if my glasses were in, because they told me it takes 7-10 buisness days the lady was RUDE with her tone and told me it takes 3 to 4 weeks and that they will be the ones to call me. 1st time here and it's been nothing but problems. Wonderful Staff, they took the time to explain things to me and really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I will def. be returning for my eye care needs and those of my children.
Woke the kids up early and dealt with that fight for Wing Eyecare to screw up both of our appointments. We had called and were scheduled for appointments back to back this morning and the location we went to didn’t have the appointment set. Very pissed right now. Especially since my husband had to take the day off of work for this.
Every time I walk in here, I feel appreciated and the staff here is very professional and helps with all my needs and I thank you for it.
