We are open every day, and for late foodie's we are open Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's until 1 am featuring the world's best Wings, Baby Back Ribs and over-the-top Burgers along with fried food you have only dreamed of. We have great music and of course sports events on 10+ HD flat screens at each location for the guys. We also have great weekday-happy hour specials from 2-6 PM. Kids and families are welcome.

Horrible service!!! Waitress was awful! Waitress couldn't understand questions about ingredients. 17 people to celebrate my nephew birthday and it was ruined! Never again! My Beer was hot, Pina colada was awful! I can't believe the experience we had and the money we spent was not worth it! All we were given was a card for 10 free wings!! Really!! This is how you do business! Hire staff that knows what they are doing because the staff has no manners!

We sat ourselves, it took 15 minutes to get a waitress. While she was very sweet, the service was terrible. The manager just walks around, one or two girls seem to know what their doing, everyone else is clueless. After inquiring about our to go order , they tell us 40 minutes. For ten wings. Never again! We have been here for 2 hours. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 3 HOURS. IT SUCKED!

Why would you pay a "hostess" to sit on her hands and say "sit where ever you want" when you walk in and then dosnt even tell the waitstaff where you sat. The food here isn't so good that I would ever overlook the bad managment. Bad managment = bad service, this was our first and last time here :/

Terrible experience just now was ignored by several waitresses after we were sat. No one greeted us and pretended like we did not exist. However, the manager on duty was very prompt at cleaning a table to accommodate a larger party. Super upset my kids were really looking forward to a fun night out I truly appreciate the judge mental hospitality! Won't be back unless you can show me otherwise that you care about your customers

Usually never have an issue with any of the locations but today was different. I came in with a friend and we ordered. Probably waited about 15 mins after we ordered for her wings to come out without her fries. Waited another 5 minutes for her fries. Meanwhile my food has yet to come out. After about 30 mins I get told they are just putting my food on the grill. Lodge a complaint and asked to cancel my order. Manager didn't even come to apologize. So far this has been the worst service I've ever had at any establishment.
The ribets were black burnt. I ordered cheese sticks. I bite into one and it was frozen. Bit into another one and frozen. Service and food has gone down since it opened

WORST Customer Svc Ever. Even the Manager had an Attitude. Walked in and was sat only to have two other people come and sit ten mins later and be served right away. We Watched, the girls watched US and no one served us. I flagged down a manager after drinks were brought to other tables and his excuse was I was in another section and was rude.
