Service is slow and orders are always last or forgotten to be put in. If you want a drink might as well order when you're half way through your drink by the time you get another (8minutes later) you'd be done. This isnt my first time at this location this seems to happen 8 outta 10 times.

So been coming to this place for many years now and honestly this is the first time it's been so hot in here that I have seen costumers walk in and walk out cause it's so hot. I feel bad for the workers who have to be walking around in this heat with no cold air to cool them down. Hopefully they can fix the air conditioner.

I came in with a group of friends today 7-25-18 and I had ordered 24 boneless bites and 3 containers of ranch. Thinking I would take some to work for lunch, well these were literally bites, super tiny. I even asked the waitress if it was 24 and she said yes, well I counted them and it was actually 18. Thinking that maybe she got confused I waited until she brought the receipt and nope, she did charge me for the 24 boneless bites plus 3 containers of ranch when I only got 1. I told her that she was charging me wrong and all s... read more

The smell to this place has become unacceptable. I have brought it to the attention of management before but they make excuses and blame the rugs. It is more than rugs, I’m done with this place.
