Took my 8 month old puppy in there today. Was told since I couldn't pay till next Thursday they couldn't help me. So I brought him home to possibly die within the next day or so. Guess they only care about the money not the suffering of the animal
We love this place! Always give the best care and work us in when we need to be seen. We recently lost our little Stella to a high risk surgery and they sent a card and note and just went above and beyond. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!
The love and compassion that Dr Nelson shows the pets and the family is so genuine. He and all his staff are some of the greatest. He was their by our sides through one of the hardest times in our lives and we will be forever grateful for that and the amazing care he gave our fur baby. Thank you Dr. Nelson
