I have had a great experience living at Winfield Commons.The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, peaceful, and a great place to live. Scott, in particular, has been incredibly helpful throughout my time here. Anytime there's been an issue, he's always quick to respond and ensures everything gets fixed in a timely manner. It's truly comforting to know that management is attentive and reliable. I just moved here recently and find it an excellent place to call home. The management office is incredibly responsive, understanding and kind. Maintence goes above and beyond to try and solve any problems! The grounds are beautiful, well kept and safe! Although there is no children’s park, there are still plenty of places for kids to play/ ride their bikes, explore or swim in the community pool! The recreation center is also just 6 minutes away for even more places to play and exercise.
I just want to congratulate the management for their compassionate response to the pandemic this year by not raising rents. Phyllis DiFuccia
Worst place ever to live!!! Every year something goes wrong with either frozen pipes or no A/C. My thermostat is at 85 and they won’t even get me a window unit or a hotel with it being 95 degrees outside. This place is a joke!!!
