One Jefferson was taken over recently by a new company. I would not recommend this property to anyone. They are not only rude. They are incompetent and have no respect for tenants that have been here for over 12 years. In all the years that I have lived here I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct by a staff member. This property has no proper maintenance. They made changes without any notice on doors or email. They then proceeded to charge late fees for their own mistakes. Refused to rectify it and then slammed... read more

Lived at summit riverside for over 3 years. Had minimal issues.Security properties took over and immediately misplaced $700 of my partial rent payment over the summer. Each month ( since 2019) I've payed my rent combined with utilities. I moved out in October 2022 and had a very detailed discussion of what I would owe upon moving out. I wouldn't recommend this apartments to NOBODY! The management seems okay until you moved in! The property manager Matt ******* is the absolute worse manager! I have never in the 15 years I lived in Las Vegas and Henderson had a property manager treat me and other tenets the way he does. On the contract lease, it is written that for parking we need to provide copy of the registration and insurance. EMPLOYEES BEWARE!! This company is shady. Obviously I am not the only one that thinks HR is a joke as they don't do anything but blow smoke. This company has now breached my ss# for 3 years putting my ss# on their 1099's and I have received bills from the *** trying to charge me $400k total that both attorneys and *** have told me it is them that did this. Horrible apartment management. It should be illegal the way they treat residents. They change leases without notifying you. Lies are told by front office workers, the same workers will screen your phone calls. I've tested this by using different phone numbers multiple times, that's how bad the communication is. Dog shit litters the grounds everywhere. Trash is constantly leaking and overflowing in front of peoples doors. Noise complaints, smoke complaints go unanswered.
