This company is refusing to respond to my complaint. I moved out of Helios apartments in July 2023 and this company stole my deposit, did not send me a final bill, then turned me over to collections. These people have no ethics whatsoever.
The scam tenants if they try to not renew after hiking rent prices up. They also charge for damages such as a dry rotted door Frame that they didnt fix after a maintenance request had been placed over a year
Companies should start doing employee background checks. You are probably saying, we do. No, a background check where you actually contact employees who have worked with or for the person you are hiring and ask them to give you one experience they have had with that person.This company hired the worst human being and I am hoping they realize it before its too late. ********************* is a con artist. Rented a house the address is **************************************************************************** live there for ****************************************************************************************************************************** after I got help with the program through ****** that took care of all of my rent they don't fix nothing my side kitchen door was broke for 3 years and they never fixed it they don't fix nothing they are slumlords run as fast as you can away from these people they are terrible
Zero stars. Everything has gone into the toilet here in ****************. The office personal spend no more than 2-3 hours per day in the office The assistant property manager is truly friendly and remarkably helpful. There are some rumors that she may have already left, though, having to handle all of the c*** that the property manager refuses to show up to manage. My mom is 86 years old, living in ****************** Apartment. Security Properties took over the ownership in August 2022. Since then the living condition went downhill significantly. No cleaning at the hallway, trash room smelled rotten and filled with bugs. Overnight, the beautiful pla ce became filthy, full of smokes (weed). My mom's apartment had roof leaking starting in December 2022. We reported in January as things got worse. The leak went from her living room to her bedroom. I had the fortune to live in Toscana Apartments for little over two years before the new management (Security Properties) took over, and I can confidently say that after the new management took over it was the worst living experience of my life. The management was absolutely terrible and made my time there a living here a nightmare.
