I would give zero stars, but I would not be able to leave a review. I called for assistance regarding an issue. The person who answered the call responded in a dismissive manner, seemed uninterested in helping, and provided only vague responses without offering any concrete solutions. Based on this experience, I am concerned about how they might handle other callers' concerns, particularly if they consider certain cases to be unworthy of attention or urgency. I tossed and turned on whether to write this review all night.. I called on 8/26 the woman who answered the phone was sweet, I asked how much for a consult and how soon could i get on the schedule, I then explained the situation with the closing on our home.. she says ill leave a message and he will call you back.. first time needing a lawyer not sure what that meant..
