I had a great experience today. I had a dental emergency and they got me in a took care of the problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
Today was my first visit, and I met with Victoria, Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Heiner, DMD. Both of them were very gentle, kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. They asked pertinent questions about my health, medications, current medical conditions, and previous medical procedures. The office staff were kind, as well, helping with scheduling pending procedures. They all were concerned about my health, comfort, and care.
Spent over an hour in appointment and a lengthy time at the desk. Went in for an appointment as my tooth had come out and there was no tooth to fill the gap. I left financially and emotionally stressed at the cost being a disabled person with no income. Almost $3200 out of pocket for everything I NEED done. Would be a little less however the dentist stated it would be “too much” for him to do everything I need in one appointment he’d rather split it into two, costing me an extra $117.
