I was in today for my appointment with my twin 2 year olds and 2 month old infant. My dental assistant was Jen and she was amazing! All while giving me great service and care she spoke kindly to my kids, gave rides in the chair, showed them the equipment, and explained what she was doing to me as one of my girls was watching her very close showing interest. Jen made a busy appointment a lot easier for this mom. Truly appreciated and I’m extremely thankful for her.
had a tooth that was bothering me yesterday. So I called my dentist and couldn't be seen until Wednesday. I called this place and they were able to get me in immediately and got the tooth pulled. With being 8 months pregnant I was very happy they were able to get me in. They pulled the tooth and the staff and dentist was great.
Non sympathetic to people who are financially struggling. Takes a person to court for $183.00!! No wonder people are having dental issues. Yes I owe the money. Just got done getting our mortgage out of default so we don't lose our home and now this!! Where is ones compassion?
The staff members are amazing! From the moment we walked in up until we checked out, each member, including both providers greeted us with warm smiles and were kind, professional, & informative. They are passionate about what they do and it shows. We are blessed to have these doctors ( and their staff) in the BLA. Thank you for going above and beyond !!!
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! First time intake process was actually enjoyable... and I really liked Dr. Carol. Teeth cleaning was fast & easy.
Decided to switch dentist and I was very impressed with my first visit. I'm not a big fan of going but they made me feel very comfortable about it and I feel better about future visits.
Dr Joe is fantastic! Does a great job for my entire family. Would highly recommend.
