Doctor Brent Loftis is an amazing dermatologist she is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. Her staff is wonderful and friendly I would highly recommend Wine Country Dermatology

So frustrated! I was asked to come back multiple times stating it was needed for insurance. Second visit was to take a sticker sample that didn't get cells the first visit yet they billed my insurance a second time. MD was not even in the office! When I asked why I was told it was an error. I came back a third time for a scrape biopsy so it was a separate procedure than the exam and was to be covered by my insurance (in network).
