Staff and services are great! Dr Loftis is amazing
So thankful for Dr. Loftis and her wonderful team! My husband had a skin issue, and she quickly got him scheduled and took care of it! She's efficient and gets the job done! Thank you so very much for everything! We live 2.5 hours away from her Napa office, but we will hands down continue to drive to her to be seen for any future issues!
I loved visiting this dermatologist office! The doctor was incredibly friendly, I didn’t have to wait long, and the staff was amazing. Having previously worked in a dermatology office myself, their efficiency and professional yet welcoming demeanor reminded me of the best experiences in the field. They communicated every step of my treatment clearly and made sure I understood all of my aftercare instructions. Overall, such a positive and well-run office — highly recommend!
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I always feel cared for and heard. Dr. Loftis is no nonsense, compassionate, professional and knows her stuff. I can tell she treats her staff very well too , all are so helpful and kind . The office manager is fabulous! I always walk out with a smile on my face no matter what the visit is for. I wish I could give 100 stars. If you’re looking for a dermatologist this is the place!
