This company attempted to bill me for 12 renewal subscriptions of Acronis Backup Solution at $125.00 each when I had no subscription to renew. Acronis confirmed that it did not have a subscription in either my name or Wine Country Computers on my behalf. Acronis informed me that Wine Country Computers is a reseller of its software and can purchase them and resell. When I confronted the owner, he had no explanation. Had a major problem with our Salons computer due to a power surge. It basically blew our system, which contains all our client info and inventory, etc. These people were great, they made time to take a look at the system and let me know within the day what needed to be done. They removed the harddrive and replaced it in a new box and did it quickly. This saved me a look of stress. I was up and running the next day. These folks are great and prices are extremely reasonable.Highly recommended.
