Excellent Dining Experience My girlfriend and I were traveling through Rapid City and were looking for a restaurant that would be a good break from fast food and other roadside fare. The Wine Cellar was perfect. The meal was delicious, service was excellent, and prices were reasonable.
Fantastic Place to Dine While on a recent vacation to the Black Hills, we had the good fortune of eating at the Wine Cellar Restaurant. The decor is elegant, and yet you don't need to get "fancied up" to go there. My husband and son both wore casual slacks. I saw other patrons in blue jeans, and others in skirts. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone, and the wine list worthy of a New York five-star restaurant.
