I have lived here 7 years and am very happy. Maintenance is great and address problems promptly and the grounds always look great and well kept. Office personnel is great too!! Love the amenities of the pool and workout room and picnic area. I plan to live here for the rest of my life!!!

Love the amenities Windy Hill Key has to offer! Newer equipment in the fitness room, newer playground, clean pool, and park area is where our family spent most of our summer nights! Maintenance handled any issues in a timely manner and the office staff is the best around! The price is excellent for the size apartments they have to offer!
The apartments are large and have great closet space, patios/balconies. A lovely pool, playground, and covered picnic area for summer fun. As well as a fitness room with several pieces of equipment that look out at the pool area. Close to downtown, and right around the corner to groceries and shopping. County schools. Would recommend & have.
Having lived at Windy Hill Key for several years I would definitely recommend living here to someone looking. Maintenance issues are addressed timely and professionally. A convenient location and a great place to live.
We have lived at Windy Hill Key for a few years now. The location itself could not be more convenient. The management has always been quick to respond to questions or concerns and the maintenance staff is top-notch. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly, whether it was a routine problem or something emergent. Snow removal has been above and beyond our expectations. I only wish we moved here sooner!
So basically went and applied for a apartment June 1st. They told me no problem, got me set up with a two year lease but told me they couldn’t let me move in on the first and changed it mid agreement to may 25th and told me to basically suck it up and pay an extra 250 and move in or forfeit the application after I’ve already spent 100+ on the apps not to mention a 130 dollar bond that was supposed to hold he apartment until June 1st. Like what?
