I am currently sitting here trying to get my boat.... this company is the biggest joke ever... we asked for our boat today for a trip (leaving or supposed to today) and the guy put the wrong date down so the boat isn't out and reAdy and he acted like he wasn't going to try and fix the issue.. after my husband complained he finally said he would Send someone over and have them get our boat out by 6 pm... its now 6:06 and no one is here and the guy isn't answering his phone or text... what are we supposed to do?!!? My husband Roger has been bringing our RV here for years, now my husband has passed away and I'll have to sell. This will be my last season with windyHills. It's the end of a era for me. I still wanted to give a good review based on our years of storing with them. It's been so nice to have our RV dry and out of the elements each winter, plus there place was right in between our house and the Illinois river where we camped. Perfect for us. Have brought my boat here since the original owners. Five stars then. Not so much any more. This year besides numerous scratches in the fiberglass, they snapped all the wiring for my trailer. They are only about the money. It's a shame.
