I’ve lived in Chicago my entire life and have tasted pizza from the north side to the south side. Fox’s, Marie’s, Vito and Nicks, Pat’s you name it. This is as close to Chicago Pizza as I’ve had anywhere in the United States outside of Chicago. The crust is thin crispy and relatively light. The ingredients, including the fennel sausage is fantastic. The sauce is on the slightly sweet side, but perfectly complementary to the pizza. Overall, a great pizza. I didn’t try their famous derp dish but I did try the thin pizza and was not impressed at all. The only good thing I suppose is the paper thin crust which reminded me more like a fried Chinese noodle as opposed to bread. Lacked any flavor, and their sauce is on the sweet side. Also they cut the pie into these silly rectangles … might be perfect for a kids birthday party but not for adults, I had to eat 8 pieces!

We went to windy city today for the first time despite having lived in delray for over 10 years. This is an outstanding pizza place and we loved the love the pie we chose but do not skip the wings, wow. I've never had a thin crust chicago pizza before but loved it. Its not the burnt crust, cracker style thin crust. Its got just the right amount of crunch but still foldable. The wings are literally winning awards and I can see why. Service was great.
