Our first visit to the restaurant was yesterday. It was warm and they had a big fan running, so am guessing they are having problems with their AC. I have to say that our waitress was great about checking on us and bringing refills. I have to say that the food tasted really good. BUT I also have to say that the kitchen staff was VERY slow, as we had to wait 40 minutes to get our burgers and fries for our table of four. Used to be really awesome until they changed meat suppliers now they have the worst burger in Maryville in my opinion. I always used to look forward to Sunday's coming in to get that burger but not So Much Anymore

First time we visited and we won't be back. It was extremely hot, and uncomfortable. I ordered a Patron Margarita which was extremely over poured. It was served in a small mason jar. I complained to our server and she said "Noone ever complains about our Margaritas". No offer to take it away or off our bill. I ordered a sweet tea which was also bad. My Margarita was $12. 1/3rd of our bill, which was not drinkable.
Arrived last night around 6:30, got seated. After 10 min we asked who would be helping us and the waitress overheard us asking and said she would be right over, put in our drink order and food order as to not have to wait a long time. Got our drinks, food came out about 15 min later. All the food came out except for one our our party. It arrived 10 min later. Our owners are both from Chicago and want to make sure we have the proper necessities to make the pizzas perfectly. Myself and family are here tonight..I am being fair because I feel alot of the issues were because our waitress was new and it seemed they were under staffed!1st our drink order was messed up,a and we waited 10-15 mins for a replacement drink,the sweet tea was not sweet. Service is lovely and the tea is sweet. Yeehaw pilsner is very good. Great location and fairly easy to spot from the highway. Great food selection and if I'm ever up this way again, I'm definitely coming back.
I was in the Windy City Grill a few hours ago and I had an amazing meal with the best service I ever had from a young lady named Breanna. She was fantastic.. The service she gave was awesome.. It is the first weekend of College Football and they had every game on and they even put a game on at our request. I will for sure be back. I gave it 5 stars and I would of gave it more if there was a choice above 5. Thank you and keep up the great work.. See y'all again very soon. �
