I booked a rental from here and recieved my rental agreement but upon going to pick up my vehicle the support team informed me that my reservation was cancelled a day before! No communication from them prior to me arriving at the downtown chicago location to pick up the vehicle. This is the worst company to rent from and i advise you to rent elsewhere due to their lack of communication. I was stuck at this location and had to call a uber to take me back to my home. Definitely wouldn’t suggest! Bobby the owner isn’t very kind or truthful.
