Very informative. Very thorough and neat. Also considerate and a great sense of humor. Nothing out of place when I came back in.
It took is two treatments but they completely solved the problem. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Called Windy City and 2 others, liked what I heard from them so made appointment. They showed up exactly on time, explained the process and I agreed to go ahead. It took 3 visits (were exactly on time) and it looks like we are victorious. They have said call, if anything reoccurs. They were polite,careful,.I would recommend them!
These two guys were great! Very nice and friendly. I ended up not having bed bugs ( thank god ) but I would of trusted these two to do the job.

These guys are great. We had a pretty bad problem and they actually had to come out a third time. All covered in the cost and we have not seen any since. Definitely recommend them
