From beginning to end the assistance I received was professional, courteous, and respectful. The entire process was explained completely and any and every question I had on the phone or in person previous to, during, and after the treatments was answered. I was never treated as if I had asked a dumb question and if I needed further explanation they were happy to break it down so I had a complete understanding.
