I mention to the owner when picking up lunch for myself and my family that he had an issue with a driver last time I ordered that didn't bring all the food in my family had to eat at two separate times and he said and I quote," I'm not a f****** nice guy and I don't need to sell you food get out of my f****** store" .
because the price of your delivery charges way too much for just one steak dinner to have delivered to my house $18 you need to reduce the price of your delivery charges your not driving that far I will never recommend Windy City to anybody
Just picked a pizza up told us 30 mins Got there in 20 there was a pizza in the counter and they gave it to us, took it home it’s freezing and can’t even eat the crust it’s so hard! Just bought our last pizza there
I tried to get a pizza delivery and they said I didn’t spend enough money. So I told them they lost a customer and I will order from another pizza place that will deliver.
Had a very large order , pizza and fries weren’t even cooked all the way . Wrong sauce on the buffalo tenders. Called to let them know and whoever I spoke to was incredibly rude. Will never eat there again and would never recommend them to anyone. Learn to treat customers with respect, your in the food Industry. Also was hung up on.

Place used to be good but has gone down hill, everything is over priced and small portions ... large cheese could fit in a small box. Worst spot in Dorchester! Better off going to Molinaris or better yet Papa Gino’s!
