Tried to support them during Cova19...waited almost an hour and when I called them thy said it was on its way, called again when it didn’t come and was told driver said he wasn’t gonna deliver...???? Huh...do the Restaurant lost out on the money to prepare the large order for my family of six but also lost a current customer that was only trying to support them.....I didn’t even get a courtesy call to inform me that they were not going to deliver I only found out when I called them to find out the status of the order. I called them not asking for nothing in return just as a kind person that I am to inform them that they send me a pizza with hair in the crust I didn’t even get an apology I got attitude and we have a strict rules we go by and u. Can bring the pizza here to exchange it knowing damm well we are in lockdown from the virus that y I got delivery in the first place the hair is literally backed in the crust
Place has fallen off big time!! Food sucks can’t get orders right. Very disappointed and will never eat there again. And I loved this place but past couple months place has gone down hill and fast
I'm pregnant and they tried to file harassment on me for calling them after I was promised a refund for my order being made wrong by them the night prior. i kept the food and everytime I called they said they would refuse to refund me if I came down there the next day. I met up with the police in ashmont before them to get my side of the story so I can take them to court them for stressing me early in my pregnancy while along with my refund. they delivered 7 wings when I paid for 10 & they save phone numbers and lie and say they cant send to that address when they are actually discriminating against your personal phone number. they make mistakes and put you on thier "list" of people to "not serve" when you complain about it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. GET IT TOGETHER.
Owner is beyond rude! They mess up your order and he yells and swears at you..

This place is awesome! The food has always been great, deliveries are timely and staff is friendly. I am so excited that they have opened new locations as I missed them when I moved further away. Definitely recommend!
