Windwood Oaks Apartment I havent really had no problems here, The have pest problems, and send our pest control but they have to be here non stop, and they go up on rent every single renew time. I was paying 750. and one year later they want 900. CRAZY
Good place for a good price It's a quiet apartment complex, even though their are many buildings. There are many shops and other places close by like Publix, Aldi, Walmart, Target, and even USF. The apartment itself is priced well for the area and for how crime free the area is. The staff is very nice and helpful with any problem or question you have for them. Windwood oaks The apartments at Windwood oaks , are a little on the expensive side but the amount of living room space is worth it .the maintenance are mostly prompt when you call the office.
Great space limited by outdated layout I am so in love with the space that the apartment offers. There are many closets to use and fill with housing goods. Those closets aren't small or hard to get to. Though I am loving my space it can sometimes be disappointing that the hard wood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom looks like it needs to be re-done. Great Space I enjoy the space the apartment offers. The place would be so much better if the kitchen cabinets and counter tops were replaced to have a modern look.
