This is one of the worst Irvine Company Owned properties I have ever lived in. If you like ants in the summer, old AC and Heating units that don't work, mold all year long, terrible neighbors, horrible management and understaffed maintenance teams, this is the place for you. I was drawn to the low prices but quickly realized in the 6 months I lived here that there was a reason for the low prices. I do not recommend anyone live here as it is not a livable community.
