By far the worst laundry experience I had with any apartments. Washing machines are always broken and it’s a different machine each week so you have to gamble every time you do your laundry. They charge you $2.50 per wash and my clothes will literally be dry (not washed at all) or soaked in water (I don’t even fill up with loads of laundry). They increased the price over the years (it used to be 1.50 or 1.75 per when I first moved in) and no upgrade, it only got worse. I would expect things to be better not worse when there ... read more
Jose, one of the top maintenance employees, is undoubtedly the fastest, most professional, and efficient maintenance technician I have ever encountered. My three sons were genuinely impressed by the speed and excellence with which the repairs were completed. Thank you, Jose, for bringing your positive energy into our home!
Do NOT live here, charges unusual fees every month, never answer the phone, and overall a terrible place to live.
One of my favorite things about living here is the maintenance team they have. They are always very professional and quick to come and fix any problem that has come up. Once again today Jose came to the rescue and replaced all of the kitchen light bulbs. The last one finally went out and within less than a couple hours of putting in a ticket Jose came over and replaced everything and made sure we were happy and everything else was functional as well. Living here was so incredibly frustrating thanks to the absolutely horrible communication from the front office. When we moved in it was communicated to us that renter’s insurance was not a necessity but we could have it if we wanted, and when we got further communication from the property encouraging us to get renters insurance, we went into the front office and they told us that we don’t need to get it.
