By far the worst laundry experience I had with any apartments. Washing machines are always broken and it’s a different machine each week so you have to gamble every time you do your laundry. They charge you $2.50 per wash and my clothes will literally be dry (not washed at all) or soaked in water (I don’t even fill up with loads of laundry). I regret to say that living here has been very frustrating lately. Almost every night around 10 PM, someone leaves their dog out on the balcony, and it barks and howls extremely loudly for long periods of time. It’s impossible to relax or even focus on anything indoors. On weekends, a group of young residents or students throw loud outdoor parties. Do NOT live here, charges unusual fees every month, never answer the phone, and overall a terrible place to live.
