Just wanted to say that Windwood is under new management and I think this is a great thing! Leon has been a better manager in the few months that he has been here than the last guy who was here for nearly the 2 years I have been here. I have every bit of faith that this guy is gonna make Windwood great again! I will now recommend Windwood again. Keep up the great work Management and Maintenance teams!
"This is why you have Renters Insurance" Before you rent here, ask them about Apartment 303. The entire ceiling of the living room collapsed while I was inside, destroying everything in my living room and cost me thousands of dollars in damage. I was homeless for several weeks and was not allowed to move all my things from the apartment until they had finished examining it (which took over 2 months to finally get my things out). Ironically I live in apartment 303 at 2542, not sure who this other person with the crazy roof collapse story is but it may have happened a very long time ago. I would like to start by saying that this place used to be lovely. After the sixth management switch over in a handful of years it has definitely become a dumpster fire with near unlimited excuses and repairs that have taken up to three years to fix. The newest iteration of management seems to actually give a damn so who knows, but they have raised the rent to absurd ... read more
