Compass Rose Real Estate is great. They were flexible with timings and availability in regards to viewing properties - even on the weekends.
If you want your home hunting to be a pleasant experience then look somewhere else this office has questionable business practices like making someone sign a lengthy contract then when you are not happy with the service they won't let you out. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE
We have been looking for a house in Stuart or Tequesta, Fl and Angie Parent has been spending so much time with us. Some time We feel like her full time job. She has helped us zero in on the type and area we really want. This area is so large and there are so many choices. I'm just happy a friend up North referred her to us. Thanks Carl
My agent has not done anything they promised. I have been doing my own advertising, she didn't even put the open house in the paper. I get no feedback on people who were supposedly interested and no calls back when I call her. three other agents said I have a beautiful house and even in this market, it's priced perfect and in great shape.
