Apartment is good, all staff is very nice person, Cooperative behavior, quick service, everything is good and great but rent is high
They waited until I turned the water on, turned the lights on, paid the deposit, ect only to try to sneak a clause into my contract that they had LEAD PAINT and gave me a pamphlet of how it can make me INFERTILE and affect my children. The extremely unethical behavior they exhibited over this will forever be in my mind when I look for apartments and houses in Hattiesburg
I visited Windsor village on 2-13 and I must say it was a wonderful experience the staff was so helpful & knowledgeable, answered all my questions with helping me get a clear understanding!! I will definitely be back soon!! Thanks u guys!!!

Great place to live. Near a lot of amenities. Management is very professional and always responsive in a timely manner. I definitely recommend living here.
