If I could vote zero stars I would. Huge decline since my review 2 yes ago. Staffing and management has changed drastically. Tenants and property is grossly neglected and due to poor equipment and maintenance, electricity and water bills for multiple residents has increased by 3x. Flooding, mold, and shoddy equipment is the normal and good luck reaching anyone to fix it. Planning on going to court to get permission to vacate before lease is up.
My wife and I moved in a year ago and cannot wait to get out. The shower was broken the day we moved in and it took well over a month to get it fixed correctly. The basement leaks every time it rains they refuse to fix it correctly, they just painted the wall with a rubber compound which did absolutely nothing. Our pipes froze over the winter and their solution was that we leave the basement door open to heat the entire garage and run the water during subzero temperature. Beautiful community! Definitely recommended to anyone relocating to the Olathe area!
Roberta In the office is on top of everything. If you ever have an issue it's handled in a timely manner and the apartments are in good condition. Nice safe part of town close to the Highways, shops, post office, and amazing schools.
