I’ve lived at Windsor Square for one year, and if I didn’t have to move due to my changing job placement, I would absolutely have loved to live here longer. The price is very reasonable, the location is SO convenient, and management has been nothing but pleasant to work with. Every maintenance need I’ve had has been addressed within 24 hours. My boyfriend and I moved to Iowa from North Dakota, after touring many apartment complexes in the area, we were very impressed with Kimber and Brittany at Windsor Square. Brittany showed us two units, talked about the area, and was so sweet. We were lucky enough to score one of the newly remodeled units and absolutely loved it. The Windsor Square community is quiet, safe, has lots of parking, and hosts some fun events for their residents. Kimber and Brittany are amazing. love living here! the move here was so simple and fast and they are so kind about everything, we love it so much
It was a great place to live for my two years in Des Moines. Easy commute to downtown for work/going out. Brittany and Kimber were great to work with and I never had any issues with maintenance. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I have lived at Windsor Square Apartments for over 12 years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these apartments as your home. I've lived in the Windsor Square Apartments in Windsor Heights for eight years. Several times I thought about moving but always decided against it because the location was amazing (right off the freeway), rent was well-priced, the amenities are great and the staff is amazing! I always felt safe and cared about by Kimber (manager) and the rest of the people taking care of the complex and my apartment.
