I hate writing bad reviews but man.. ever since greystar has taken over it’s been terrible. Management can’t get elevators figured out (elevator has been broken for almost two months) and the other elevator is extremely slow and smells awful. Greystar maintenance is extremely slow. It was great before Greystar and for what we pay, definitely not worth it.
Love this place. Very attentive and responsive staff. Will be recommending to my bestie.
I recently toured 611 Shepard and had an amazing experience! The floor plans are beautiful, and the amenities were clean and very well maintained. After my tour with the leasing professional, the Community Manager came out to introduce herself and genuinely seemed invested in helping me find the right apartment. Ever since Greystar management has taken over, this community I once loved has started falling apart. - *Extreme fire safety hazards- Fobs breaking frequently and becoming trapped in stairwells in heat as a result (with no access to nearby elevator and a broken elevator that is still out and has been out for over a month and a half with no timeline of fix) - Leaving doors unlocked as a “solution” at times, allowing for anyone to enter - Went from community events and popups, community pool parties and giveaways and pets of t... read more
We toured this complex with Hillary and it was a very good experience. She is knowledgeable and very professional. The complex has also been very helpful in the application process and we are very excited to start our new chapter at 611 Shepherd in a couple of months 🙌🏼
