Maintenance team was fast and efficient! Best team ever!
The maintenance team here especially Brent rocks. He keeps this pool at perfect pH level and clean as a whistle. He’s out there every day with the net. They’re trimming trees. Landscape looks good. Overall good experience so far.
I’ve had excellent renters history for the past 10 years, never been evicted, always gave the required notice of vacancy and I have excellent credit. I applied with a coapplicant, who, between the two of us, earned more the 3x base rent requirement of income. Still, I was denied under the basis of my race, as I’m led to believe, as there was no other reason for denying my application. My next step is legal recourse, unless an undeniable, factual reason can be given for the denial of my application. Have a blessed day.
Completely dissatisfied with the communication from this complex. I filled out a form online, wanted to tour and was told I couldn’t on a Saturday. The only communication I’ve gotten is via email AFTER 9pm at night. Several emails after 9/9:30 which is completely unprofessional. I was super excited to see this apartment because it seems perfect but not If you’re going to email me after 9 PM everyday.
