I Bought a couple doors from them recently, 1 that was built by them and 1 was ordered in. The one they built went in beautifully with no issues at all. The one I ordered in, I ended up having troubles getting it to close properly, so I gave Windsor Plywood a call and they came out and took the time to help me get it working. They went above and beyond! Thank you! (update 1 year later: doors are still working great!)
