I purchased a live edge board to become my mantle and was told I would have to wait until someone could go up island to get it-several weeks. I was disappointed as it is part of a bigger project. Lance was going up island for his own reasons but he stopped and brought back the board for me. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXTRAORDINAIRE!

Went in for epoxy resin supplies and asked about pigments. The guy was super rude, like super rude. He pretty much threw the box on the table saying that was all he had left. I then noticed slabs of maple and faltered trying to get the 8-10’ board from the display area. No assistance was offered and when the price tag got knocked iff he sighed. He did not offer to help me to the car with this slab of wood and when he gave me my change he kinda threw it in the tiny high counter they stand behind. A few cents fell to the floor... read more
I was in to purchase a gallon of stain. The shelf was empty , the employee check the overstock and said there was nothing. I ask if he could call the other stores, and if it could tell me when it was coming in. He called the other stores only to learn they don't work with the Duncan store. I asked him again if he could check when it was coming or if I should just go to Sleggs. He said to go to Sleggs. Too lazy to ask the other employees, or check their system. Never going back to this store.
