I've recently gotten into woodworking and have purchased quite a bit of white pine from Windsor Plywood. One thing that really stood out was the excellent customer service. Since I needed the lumber cut down to specific lengths so it would fit in my van, the staff took the time to help me select suitable boards for panel glue ups and carefully cut everything to size. Very unhelpful!! I drove a long way to buy a piece of zebra wood for a small project but they were unwilling to cut a small piece for me. They wanted me to come back another day. Not a great way to treat their customers!! I guess I’ll have to find another store cuz I surely won’t return there!!
