I don’t feel good about writing bad reviews but I was not impressed with my recent experience at Windsor Plywood. Generally great people to deal with but not always I guess. I needed some walnut planned. Boards were already jointed on two sides. I wasn’t happy with the results, which is not the problem. Things happen. When I got home, I called Windsor to express my thoughts about the quality of work and was optimistic they were going to work with me to fix the issue. Windsor Plywood Airdrie has been my daughter's & my go to place for woodworking projects for years. The staff is great. All are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. If my question can't be answered by one, someone else is summoned. I appreciate that all have actual experience in woodworking thereby being able to suggest workable solutions. Thanks to all of them!!
Always a good place to stop and get material for your project the staff is great. Get multiple cuts for the biard or wood you purchase. Great diy ideas. Since finding this place, it is where I shop. This message is approved by me
