Customer service is excellent, and the product selection if you are a craftsman or aspiring craftsman is unmatched. Custom center cut woods, tools, stains, they have it all. Flooring, doors etc.
I love this store because of the truly exceptional hardwood, veneers, and plywood selection--however the store has much more than these products. But more important than the product is the service. Ownership, as well as every single rep I've talked to (literally) has been absolutely professional, knowledgable, friendly, helpful and aiming to please the customer. A small job, making a replacement doorway threshold, but Bryan took a lot of his time to plan a low cost solution. Then he finished the job at about half the estimated cost!
Our deck is finished! We couldn't be any happier with, nor honored more than doing business with a company run by a man of honor and integrity. Mike has a crew second to NONE! They helped us all the way through the process and Mike himself showed up several times checking to make sure things were good. Two of his crew, Bill & Neil came over and applied the finishing touches for us and we have to say, if you can find better folks...then they're family and you're bias. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family! The knowledge, wisdom, and honesty this place exudes is like nothing else I've experienced. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!!!! Also, their exotic wood stock is unbelievable. I spent half my time drooling over the woods whose names I couldn't pronounce. This place is a DIY haven for any wood project. Way to go guys, and keep up the great work!!
