dont expect to be able to see the inside of the store if you work for a living. they close @4pm and their not open on the weekends. wish I could give a good review but I haven't been able to catch them for some time now. a bit frustrating.

Recommended(The short version): I highly recommend the people, the products, and the prices. In that order. (The long version): I am new to the Tri-Cities. My fiancée and I stopped in at the recommendation of a friend to look for some lumber for a bed that we are making as a wedding gift for ourselves. Wondered around the store trying to get help. The floor employees were busy visiting with each other. I was finally noticed as I was walking out of the store. Too late. 🤬
The staff are so nice and very helpful. They have a great selection of products and they even gave us installation tips. Great overall experience!
The Men at Winsor are the best! Each person who walks past you asks you if you need assistance and provides amazing, in-depth information and a true interest in your project! They went above and beyond to let us use their board plainer! The store had nearly 100 liters of epoxy we needed for a live edge river table! I highly recommend the Kennewick store!

I have been using Windsor for the last few years on multiple projects for my house and shop and they always help me get my projects completed with the best products and the budget I want to be in... Dylan has been my go to man in the shop. Really appreciate all the guidance.
