Working for the state is obviously not a good thing. I made a mistake where I worked and clocked outside of the rage in the middle of the night because I forgot and called first thing in the morning and instead of resolving the issue I was met with contemt. I ended up working 40 hrs and only got paid for 32. No plan to help me correct it or attempt to help me just lectured. The person I dealt with in independence is rude hateful and tends to yell at people if. She don't like you she will be hateful to anyone who says your name she judges you by past employees not on the ones you have this person should not work with people she has no knowledge of how to treat people

The ladies at Wndsor Place were very helpful in the beginning but when my worker came & couldn't clock in i was told that I had been kicked out of authinacare but no one could tell me what to do to get my worker back so she could get paid this happened about 3 weeks ago & thus still hasn't been taken care of.

This place is not good at communicating or paying the employees. Zack never returns calls or text messages. It’s very hard to clock in when the clients phone doesn’t work properly.
