Moved in on May 1st of this year. I have a 1 year and let me just say the first day while Moving in a guy told me that I should be careful because of the drug addicts that live around me. Neighbors leave garbage in hallways. Constantly hearing traffic up and down the stairs at 2am every night. Constantly hearing arguing and fighting throughout the day. I order so much online and my packages are always going missing or being opened and things go missing while other stuff is left behind. I have called and made so many complain... read more
I've been dealing with noisy neighbors for a couple years. All hours of the night my kids and are being woken up! No amount of reporting them to the office or calling the cops matters to them. They violate health codes and tenant rights nonstop! Cops are sick of coming here cuz nothing ever changes. They don't fix anything. Don't care about black mold until you call codes or withhold rent. I've had a hole the size of my fist above my shower for 2 months they won't fix but non-stop ask for rent!
RecommendedI love the location, it is close to all major highways and shopping/restaurants, the size of the apartment is perfect, my grandkids love the playground and the pool. I love all the wildlife out my kitchen window. Love the friendly office staff and the maintenance crew give there best to help with any problems. Laundry on the first floor is very reasonably priced with large washers.
Staff is horrible, terrible location, they don’t fix anything, noisy and loud. Definitely not a place to raise a family. Outdated, and old. They don’t adhere to HUD regulations, and there is always shootings and fights.... Marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke is always in apartment. Also, cars are always getting vandalized and broken into as well. Management wants to put the responsibility on the law enforcement because they don’t want to do their job. A little piece of advice: DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!
This is a great place to live! Nice accommodations, beautiful apartments, and more! They really make you feel like a family here ! I moved in 4 days ago and absolutely love it ! Special thanks to Courtney ! She’s been amazing helping me and my girlfriend out with moving in and been really great !
Great place to live. Lots of community activities and events. Staff is friendly and resolves any issues quickly.
New people in office are awesome let them know if you need something and it gets done.
Windsor Place has very nice apartments and roomy. With Courtney back in the leasing office you will be well taken care of!
