Nice and quiet 🤫 but too expensive

if i can give this 0 stars i would. staff in the front is rude. Especially Daisy. no customer service skills and tends to not want to deal with anything . horrible
Office hours were never consistent, poor response time from management. Lived there for 2.5 years, had horribly loud neighbors (their music was so loud it rattled our apartment windows), took consistent complaints to both neighbors and management for this to get resolved. When we left the complex, they came up with several fees like a "Sewer fee" that was conveniently the exact amount of our deposit. Stopped responding to my emails requesting to see these random fees on our lease agreement. Would not rent from them again. If... read more
Management prioritizes terrible tenants. If you have a very valid complaint, with proof, they will not do anything about it. Even when it directly involves the safety and comfort of others. Instead, they drive out the good tenants who follow the rules. Terrible management. If you plan to break the rules you’ll be good here! 👍🏼
