I once pulled the door handle and as it was already loose the door handle broke, now they're charging $1000 for something that was clearly their fault for bad maintenance
I have lived here for the last 2 years because my kids live around the corner but have decided to move. The complex has been on a steady decline. It looks nice if you drive through, but the staff brushes you off, the hallways and pool areas do not have the correct lighting and Consuelo, the property manager doesn't return calls either. They also removed all of the trash bins except for one, located in the front of the property, and that one is always over-flowing with garbage.
This place looked great with its amenities and nice front office employees but I soon realized it wasn't what it seemed. The pool area is consistantly dirty and ropped off for repairs, the gym has a TV but you can only use it until 6pm (when the staff takes away the remove) and only has 3 channels and the equipement is really old. Forget about trying to get something from the staff - I told them over 5 times that the wipes in the gym were out - but 2 months later - it hasn't been replaced. I don't recommend this place.
