The staff at Windsor are super caring. I've called them when my pets have been super ill. They somehow get us in to be seen by caring veterinarians immediately (and if they can't see you, they'll recommend other places). My foster puppies had parvo, they did what they could including getting us in to APA parvo unit. Then when my old cat was ill, they understood I needed help, got us in immediately and were very compassionate in a hard situation.
