I lived here for approximately 3 years. I loved the ward, the people, and one of the two apartments I lived in. Really honestly just the best people! If I was still in undergraduate I would've stayed here because I enjoyed it so much. Each of these apartments in the complex are managed by different housing companies; so your experience largely depends on which management company. Great place to live, rent is not too bad considering the space! Since it’s all independently owned, the quality of each apartment varies. The one I lived in was recently renovated with new furniture and appliances and it was absolutely the best housing I’ve found in Provo. Some of my friends apartments had not been updated in 20+ years. If you get a newer apartment it’s a steal, but make sure you your first :)
