City Dump The management told me that this was a smoke free community when in fact it is not . They advertised on the internet which brought me here in the first place . Then they told me the apartment that I was to lease was having a complete face lift including new cabinets and the place will be like new . Lie,Lie Lie . The manger and assistant manager continue to lie to me . I tried calling the corporate office and they too are lax in getting anything done . DON'T DO IT! New staff all the time except for the manager who's useless. Does not follow-up as promised, gate is always broken, dirty surroundings, work orders take forever, basically it has gone from bad to worse. Shady neighbors & worthless staff.
The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are well kept, I love the ducks, the parking is easy It is not noisy and there are lots of dogs. The garbage is an issue and some cars drive very fast
