Windsor Park needs its property keep up better. There is no Land scaping that i see. No mulch around the Trees and hedge bushes. The paint is scraped off because of the termite inspection Months ago. It was never repainted. The pool is never cleaned properly. The Hot Tub has broken tyle and the jets are not working properly. Poor Drainage around the Buildings. In the Brease Ways the cement is stained which makes it look poorly maintained. The Trees need to be trimmed. The roots are out of the ground. Need mulch around them. ... read more

New property management, thank god! I have high hopes for improved support of what used to be an amazing complex. Will update this review.

I think that the poor experience we are having Bosshart Property Management and the HOA are to blame. The unit supposedly had a "professional carpet cleaning" but we vacuum a bag full of junk everyday. How is that even possible? Also, the Gainesville Health Department closed de swimming pool and the hot tub for unsanitary conditions!!! I called Bosshart and left a message asking when would that be corrected and so far....no reply. Very disheartening.
