I've lived here for about a month and I can't say I'm pleased. When I first moved in the apartment was not cleaned properly and management sent people to clean literally the day I got there. I was moving in at the same time the cleaners were in there to clean it. Did my problems stop there? Nope. We moved her in July and the AC did not work. It was worked on several time by maintenance and was never fixed. Management refused to have an AC tech come and fix the AC so we went the entire hot months of the summer without AC. Going to bed at night with temps in the Apt of 80 humid degrees is what we had to do. We were told to open the windows, we shouldn't have to when we pay for an Apt. with AC. Iowa renters law states that we are entitled to heat and AC and after 7 days we can have it fixed and take the bill off the ren... read more
