DONT PARK HERE. I will no longer be parking here to visit my friend because they give you a parking ticket even if you pay properly. the first ticket I appealed. The second time they gave me a wrongful ticket, I missed the appeal date and had to pay a parking fee on top of the money that i had originally payed to park properly in the first place smh. I will be parking on the street/nearby in the future instead of paying for the parking garage since they keep ticketing paying guests for no reason.
It is a month that I have moved to Windsor O4W , So far I have found it peaceful , clean and well maintained. also very good package locker and satisfactory amenities. on top of that , all the moving process from Touring the apartment to complete the lease contract as well as moving day , every thing was so smooth and Windsor team did their best to support us. last but not least , Its great location and at walkable distance to belt-line , Ponce market , Piedmont park.
Great space to live with an amazing location. Nice amenities, and any problems you face in your apartment are addressed quickly. I put in a maintenance request and it was all taken care of in the same day. Shout out to Charles!
The maintenance staff are always friendly and never leave a mess. They respond to work orders in a timely manner. My dryer broke and it was fixed in the same day. I had a leak under my sink and the maintenance team was about to leave for the day, but they stayed, helped me clean up the mess, and fixed the issue- staying longer than their normal work hours.
Maintenance staff is great. They come by and help quick, usually the same day. Charles and Stephen are always helpful, professional, and happy to help!
