Residents have all faced some issues within the last year, but I wanted to leave a review to highlight some of the good things about Windsor O4W. Specifically the good service and good people that work in the building. I have had to have dryers replaced, fire alarms replaced, and recently my closet light replaced by Charles and Daniel - and every single time the maintenance crew has done a great job and have sorted me out quickly even after hours. I do not usually write reviews, but I cannot ethically say nothing and have someone else think it is okay to move here, like me. I have lived here for 1.5 years and this place is a major fire risk. We had an actual emergency two weeks ago ( look at the Atl crime map for vandalism) and the firemen came and thought the fire suppression system was malfunctioning, as this happens on a monthly basis at least. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY – THIS PLACE IS A JOKE I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. Management is comically incompetent and downright rude, and the building itself is a disaster. They’ve managed to lose over $1,000 worth of my packages—yes, thousands of dollars—yet they refuse to check security cameras or take any responsibility. Their solution? “File a police report.” As if it’s normal for an apartment complex to be a black hole for deliveries. And let’s talk about the rent. This place is outrageously overpriced. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tell me why I was awoken multiple times at 3am because of fire alarms this week? The management is useless clearly, and has no idea what is going on. Elevators constantly broken too- Do not live here!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Windsor has been absolutely awful. First off, their package system is a disaster. Multiple times I've had packages go "missing," only to be told "it happens" with no explanation or compensation. It's like playing a game of chance to receive anything I order.
