Dementia patients ignored! Shared toilet between rooms and no one to clean up so I can use the toilet. I have arthritis and I am visually impaired. If it is one diaper and a small puddle that my neighbor leaves in front of the toilet, I try to clean it myself,but it is day and night a mess.
The building is old and in need of some repair. The staff members are dedicated to the clients and their overall well being. The clients appear to be happy and well taken care of. There seems to be lots of activities to join or just sit and relax in the beautiful garden.
Very happy with Pamela helping with Medicaid billing and application! She goes above and beyond every year. The staff are also great about quarterly reports on my loved one and keeping me notified of everything going on.
