I’ve been going here for awhile but Tim is on vacation and the new girl that did my was horrible my old polish was and is still on my nails all on my fingers and all she didn’t offer to fix this or anything and I still paid for the full service I asked for somebody else to do and she did not ask anyone to fix this this was the worse experience ever the pedicure was fine I ended up paying 91.00 for nothing I didn’t even get polish NEVER AGAIN!!
I had a gift card that was over a year old but the expiration date was intentionally left blank when purchased. Nowhere on the gift certificate did it say that it expired in one year, but they refused to accept it because they said their [unwritten and unadvertised anywhere in their store] policy is to have it used within one year. I even spoke to the owner, Tony A., over the phone and he said there was nothing he could do.
